While we’re all running around in panic mode from our everyday worries, chronic stress is disrupting the natural balance required for optimal health, speeding up the ageing process, and increasing the body’s susceptibility to illness. Finding ways to activate the relaxation response is important.
Through the retreat, I can help you manage stress effectively and lead a calmer life. We will explore your daily habits that could be keeping you stuck in the stress cycle, helping you to change your perspective, thoughts and behaviours surrounding stress. I will work on building and maintaining a more positive thought pattern, routine and lifestyle that allows you to live a more stress-free life.
